Freeway next to the hotel. Plenty of various drinks, such as wines and coffee in the bar. Venue was situated a short walk to Kirkman House Museum. Breakfast was free, we appreciated it...

if you want to visit pioneer park aviary, you should stay here. we greatly enjoyed everything there, especially service and the food. a huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like brasserie four that was only 5 minutes' walk away.
